- All grooming services are provided only to healthy dogs whose vaccinations and health status are appropriate for group or individual handling. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is unsafe for the pet, staff, or other animals.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions, behavioral issues, or injuries unrelated to grooming procedures performed by our staff.
- The website is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Robin’s Groomingdales does not operate an online retail store. All services are performed in-person by appointment only.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or changes requested more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
- Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service price.
- No-shows without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Refund Policy
Services are non-refundable once completed. In the rare event of a significant issue directly caused by our grooming services, we will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution, which may include a complimentary re-service or appropriate credit.
