SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS HERE (All future requests)
At the drop-off, ask our team to activate your recurring appointment: Every 3 weeks (Mini grooming) and every 6 weeks (Full grooming).
To facilitate effective client management, we kindly request owners to adhere to the scheduled pick-up time for their pets. A $10 fee will be incurred for every 20-minute delay beyond the agreed-upon pick-up time. We believe it’s important not to keep your dog confined in a cage all day – let’s ensure fairness!
Prior to dropping off your pet, take a moment to give them a 20-minute walk. This not only minimizes their anxiety but also enhances the grooming experience, providing an optimal session for your pet. It also gives time to your pet to pup/pee outside the facility.
